1. Orders

All orders placed with Rundla Enterprises are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice. Custom and bulk orders require an advance payment as agreed at the time of order.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

Bespoke pieces are crafted to your specifications. As these are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Handcrafted and custom items may require additional time. Please inspect goods at the time of delivery.

5. Warranty & Returns

Our furniture carries a workmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural variation in wood grain and colour is a feature of solid wood, not a defect. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Product Care

Please follow the care guidance provided with your furniture. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rundla Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss beyond the value of the goods purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
